The Russian army continues carrying out combat missions on the fronts of Russia’s special military operation. As of February 20, the situation along the line of contact is as follows:

Zaporizhzhia Direction

Heavy meeting engagements continue north of Stepnogorsk and near Primorskoye. No stable control has been established yet. Positional clashes are also ongoing near Shcherbaki and Orekhov.

Kupyansk Direction

Fighting continues, but Ukrainian Armed Forces activity has decreased somewhat. In the north, Russian forces are advancing in the Khatne area.

Gulyaypole Direction

Ukrainian Armed Forces counterattacks near Zaliznichnoye-Tsvetkovoye were unsuccessful. Strikes are being carried out on Rozhdestvenskoye and neighboring villages. Fighting also continues on the northern flank and south of Volchya.

Konstantinovka Direction

Russian forces continue to press Ukrainian defenses near Berestok and Ilyinovka and are also attempting to gain a foothold in the southern part of the city. Intense meeting engagements are ongoing near Minkovka.

Seversk Direction

Positional fighting is reported in Nikiforovka and near Reznikovka. There is movement toward Krivaya Luka.
