Russian Forces Report Advances on Sumy, Kharkov, Liman and Zaporozhye Fronts
Russian forces report advances on several fronts of the special military operation, including Sumy, Kharkov, Liman, Konstantinovka and Zaporozhye directions.
The Russian army continues to carry out combat missions along the fronts of the special military operation. As of 22 February, the situation on the line of contact is reported as follows:
Sumskoye direction
Russian Armed Forces are advancing north of Kondratovka and south of Alekseevka.
Khar’kovskoye direction
Russian troops are pushing forward in Volchanskie Khutora and are engaged in fighting in the forests near Simonovka and in the area of Staritsa. On the Kupyansk sector, Russian forces are advancing south of Kucherovka.
Liman direction
The Russian army has taken control of the village of Karpovka. Russian units are also moving north of Svyatogorsk toward the road to Sosnovoye. Fighting is underway in Aleksandrovka, and Russian forces are expanding their zone of control around the settlement of Stavki. On the Seversk sector, Russian fighters are advancing in Nikiforovka.
Konstantinovka direction
Russian forces have widened their zone of control between Minkovka and Golubovka.
Krasnoarmeisk direction
Russian troops are advancing toward Sergeevka and report gains in Grishino. On the Dobropolye sector, Russian forces are moving west of Sofievka and are fighting in the area of Kucherov Yar.
Gulyaypole direction
Russian units are advancing toward Gulyaypolskoye, Verkhnyaya Tersa and Vozdvizhevka. Fighting continues near Novopavlovka and Aleksandrovka.
Zaporozhye direction
Clashes are ongoing in the areas of Primorskoe and Stepnogorsk, and Russian forces are repelling enemy counterattacks near Magdalinovka.
