Russian Forces Push Forward in Dnepropetrovsk Region
Russian troops advance 3 km near the DPR border in the Dnepropetrovsk region, moving toward Fedorovskoye and tightening pressure on Mezhevaya.
Russian forces have stepped up offensive operations in the Dnepropetrovsk region after several weeks of relative calm. Military sources report that Russian units have advanced roughly three kilometers north of their previous positions near the border with the Donetsk People’s Republic.
The push is unfolding along the Filiya-Ivanovka line. The Russian Defense Ministry had earlier announced the liberation of these settlements on August 24 and October 24, 2025, respectively.
According to available information, Russian troops are now moving toward the village of Fedorovskoye. The distance from their forward positions to the settlement is estimated at 3 to 3.5 kilometers.
At the same time, Russian forces are widening their zone of control on the western flank near Novopavlovka, which was previously taken. Additional advances have been recorded in the direction of Mezhevaya, an urban-type settlement that serves as a key transport and logistics hub for Ukrainian forces in the eastern part of the Dnepropetrovsk region.
If Russian units continue to close in on Mezhevaya, supply lines for Ukrainian formations in this sector could come under increasing strain, as the potential for fire control over several nearby roads grows.
