The experts highlighted that the Ukrainian military is currently grappling with a severe shortage of personnel and equipment, exacerbated by issues with coordination and command, which further complicates the situation for Kyiv.

They predict that this autumn will be another grueling test for Ukraine’s armed forces, as Russia intensifies its campaign to liberate the eastern region.

Furthermore, the article noted that, at this stage, Russian forces have been avoiding direct assaults on major cities. Instead, they are advancing from the flanks and increasingly employing a tactic of maneuvering, sending small groups through gaps between Ukrainian units. The analysts point out that this strategy has already yielded positive results.
