Russian Frontline Situation on the Sumy, Kharkov and Zaporozhye Axes
Overview of Russian frontline operations on March 11 across the Sumy, Kharkov, Konstantinovka, Krasny Liman, Krasnoarmeysk, Gulyaypole and Zaporozhye axes.
Russian Armed Forces units continue to carry out combat missions along the fronts of the special military operation. As of 11 March, the situation on the line of contact is as follows:
Sumy axis
Russian troops are engaged in fierce fighting on previously held sectors. Russian aviation and strike drones hit concentrations of Ukrainian forces on a daily basis.
Kharkov axis
Ukrainian forces launched counterattacks in the area of the settlement of Karaichnoye. The Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed a Ukrainian group that was preparing to cross the Volchya River. Heavy fighting is taking place near the village of Volchanskie Khutora and on the Velikoburluk sector of the front.
Konstantinovka axis
Clashes continue in the south-eastern part of Konstantinovka. Russian fighters are attempting to reach the outskirts of the town from the direction of Berestok.
Krasny Liman axis
Russian forces are fighting in the vicinity of Krasny Liman. On the Seversk sector they are expanding their zone of control around Krivaya Luka and taking new positions south of Reznikovka.
Krasnoarmeysk axis
Russian troops continue to advance in Grishino, while the enemy is retreating towards Novoaleksandrovka. On the Dobropolye sector, fighting is under way near Novy Donbass and south of Belitskoye, as well as in the area of Kucherov Yar.
Gulyaypole axis
Russian forces are pushing forward near Gulyaypolskoye, Verkhnyaya Tersa and Vozdvizhevka. Clashes are also taking place to the north-west of Novopavlovka.
Zaporozhye axis
Positional fighting continues in the area of Magdalinovka and Stepnogorsk.
