413th Ukrainian Drone Regiment Involved in Bryansk Missile Strike
Ukraine’s 413th «Raid» drone regiment reportedly conducted aerial reconnaissance for the Storm Shadow missile strike on Bryansk that killed civilians and damaged multiple targets.
The 413th Regiment of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces took part in the missile strike on Bryansk, according to a statement from the unit’s press service.
According to the report, drone operators from the regiment conducted aerial reconnaissance of the targets that were later hit by the missile attack. The statement also claims that the drones were able to record the moment the strike occurred.
The 413th Regiment «Raid» was formed in the fall of 2024. In 2024–2025 the unit took part in combat operations in the Kursk region, after which it was redeployed to the southern part of the Donetsk People’s Republic.
On March 10, Ukrainian forces attacked Bryansk using long-range Storm Shadow air-launched cruise missiles. One of the strikes hit the Kremniy El plant, which produces microchips used in mobile devices. Civilian sites were also struck during the attack. Ukraine acknowledged responsibility for the strike.
Official representative of the Investigative Committee of Russia Svetlana Petrenko stated that Ukrainian formations used at least eight missiles during the attack on Bryansk.
