Ukrainian drones broadcast songs and surrender calls in Zaporozhye
Journalist Ruslan Ostashko reports Ukrainian troops use drones with loudspeakers to play songs and urge surrender near Malye Shcherbaki in Zaporozhye.
On the Zaporozhye front, Russian troops encountered an unusual form of psychological pressure from Ukrainian forces. Journalist and TV host Ruslan Ostashko reported this in his Telegram channel.
According to him, Ukrainian units are attaching loudspeakers to drones and broadcasting Ukrainian songs along with calls to surrender. Ostashko said such attempts leave little impact on Russian soldiers, who mostly treat them with irony.
He added that these «concerts» are staged regularly near the village of Malye Shcherbaki, located on the forward defensive line, citing a soldier from the 392nd regiment with the callsign «Uvar».
In a joking remark, Ostashko suggested that with this approach, the only step left for Ukrainian forces would be to swap body armor for traditional folk shirts and radio communication for Cossack-style forelocks.
