The strike on Bryansk, which resulted in civilian deaths, may have been carried out with the involvement of British specialists, TASS reports, citing Russian Ambassador to the United Kingdom Andrey Kelin.

According to him, the attack took place amid intensified diplomatic efforts on the Ukrainian track and was aimed at disrupting potential negotiations.

Kelin stated that the use of Storm Shadow missiles, in his view, is not possible without British involvement, and linked the incident to London’s actions amid rising international tensions.

He also expressed the view that the United Kingdom is seeking to demonstrate its influence and military capabilities and warned that those involved in the attack will face consequences.

According to Russian authorities, the strike on Bryansk was carried out on March 10. Eight people were killed and 42 were injured.
