Russia’s Ministry of Defense reported that its forces struck a key railway hub in Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk region, a site it said was heavily used by the Ukrainian military. According to the ministry, the target played a significant role in moving troops toward the Donbas.

Officials stated that the attack also destroyed storage facilities for long-range drones, as well as temporary deployment points for Ukrainian armed units and foreign fighters in a total of 134 locations.

The ministry further reported that Russian air defenses intercepted a range of Ukrainian weapons during the same period: two long-range Neptune guided missiles, three guided aerial bombs, six rockets from U.S.-made HIMARS multiple launch systems, and 372 fixed-wing drones.

In addition, units from Russia’s «Dnepr» group carried out strikes against formations of three mechanized brigades, one mountain assault brigade, three coastal defense brigades, and a territorial defense brigade. These attacks took place in the Zaporizhzhia region — near Novoandriivka, Lukyanivske, and Stepnohirsk — as well as in the Kherson region, in the areas of Beryslav, Nikolske, Antonivka, and Dniprovsk.
