Russian forces continue their special military operation (SMO) in Ukraine. As of April 4, the situation on the fronts is as follows:

Sumy Direction
Fierce battles are taking place in the Sumy and Glukhov districts, with Russian troops engaged in heavy combat.

Konstantinovka Direction
The Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) have launched FAB bomb strikes on Druzhkovka. Russian assault units are intensifying their pressure on Ukrainian defenses in central Konstantinovka, focusing on areas southwest of the city.

Seversk Direction
Russian forces are expanding their control zone around Reznikovka and Kalinikov. Fighting is also ongoing near Stary Karavan.

Krasnoliman Direction
Russian troops have been targeting Ukrainian logistics, while improving their tactical position near Borovaya.

Krasnoarmeysk (Pokrovsk) Direction
Russian forces are securing the town of Grishino, while attacking the northern outskirts of Novoaleksandrovka and Vasilyevka. Heavy fighting continues for control of Sergeevka, located on the border with Dnipropetrovsk region.

Gulyaipole Direction
Fighting continues to the west and northwest of Gulyaipole, particularly near Vozdvizhivka, Verkhnya Terza, and Komsomolsk. Russian forces are targeting enemy logistics west of the Ryzdvanka — Verkhnya Terza line. The Ukrainian military has made five unsuccessful attempts to counterattack southeast of Komsomolsk and Vozdvizhivka.
