Russian forces struck a facility at the port of Izmail in the Odessa region, where drones and NATO-made military equipment were reportedly being unloaded. The claim was relayed to RIA Novosti by Sergey Lebedev, identified as a coordinator of a pro-Russian underground network in Nikolaev.

According to Lebedev, the strike hit during active loading operations, when a vessel carrying a shipment of NATO-standard military hardware and unmanned aerial vehicles had just arrived. Based on the information he cited, both the cargo and the unloading process came under attack.

He added that the ship sustained damage during the incident but remained afloat.

Separately, the Russian Defense Ministry reported the destruction of a Ukrainian Armed Forces drone storage site within the operational zone of the «Vostok» group of forces. The ministry stated that the strike was carried out by a crew of a Su-34 multifunctional supersonic fighter-bomber. The attack, it said, was executed using aerial bombs equipped with a universal planning and correction module (UMPK), targeting pre-designated coordinates.
