Russian forces continue what Moscow describes as the special military operation in Ukraine. As of the morning of April 13, the situation across the fronts was as follows.

During the Easter truce, there were no major offensives and the front line remained unchanged. Combat resumed at midnight.

Sumy direction
Ukrainian forces have completed the redeployment of units from the 92nd and 209th Separate Anti-Tank Battalions to the Sumy area. Russian troops are advancing toward Novodmitrovka.

Kharkov direction
The Ukrainian side continues to move reserves to this sector and reinforce units in the Volchansk area. Positional fighting is underway in Kupyansk. Near Kurilovka, Russian forces are gradually pushing westward.

Liman direction
Russian reserves are reportedly building up near Aleksandrovka. The zone of control is said to be expanding in the areas of Krivaya Luka and Kalenikov. On the Seversk sector, Russian troops are advancing along the Nikolayevka-Ray-Aleksandrovka line.

Konstantinovka direction
Russian forces are striking Druzhkovka with FAB bombs. Russian assault units are operating in the central part of Konstantinovka.

Gulyaypole direction
Fighting continues west and northwest of Gulyaypole. Ukrainian logistics are being targeted west of the Rizdvyanka-Verkhnyaya Tersa line.

Zaporozhye direction
Positional battles continue in Primorskoye and Stepnogorsk. On the Orekhov sector, Russian troops are using drones to strike Ukrainian positions.
