Russian forces are continuing what Moscow calls its special military operation in Ukraine. As of the morning of April 14, the situation across several sectors of the front was reported as follows.
On the Sumy axis, fighting is underway for Novodmitrovka in the Krasnopolsky district. Russian troops have also advanced near Pokrovka.
On the Kharkov axis, positional battles are continuing in Kupyansk. Russian forces are also engaged in combat near Kurilovka and Kovsharovka.
On the Liman axis, Russian troops have taken up new positions south of the settlement of Stavki. In the Seversk sector, clashes are taking place in the western part of Reznikovka, as well as in Krivaya Luka, Kaleniki and Fedorovka Vtoraya.
On the Konstantinovka axis, Russian forces are moving forward in Dolgaya Balka, while fighting is also continuing in Ilyinovka. South of Konstantinovka, Russian troops are expanding the territory they control in the industrial zone. They are also holding defensive positions near Chasov Yar.
On the Krasnoarmeysk, also referred to as the Pokrovsk, axis, Russian units are pushing north of Udachnoye toward Sergeyevka. There has also been progress near Kotlino. In the Dobropolye sector, fighting continues near Novy Donbass.
On the Gulyaypole axis, Russian forces are advancing near Vozdvizhevka and taking new positions in the southern part of Kosovtsevo. Combat is also ongoing in the area of Aleksandrograd.
