Russian military doctor Yuri Evich, who is currently in the combat zone, stated that the United States is deliberately cutting off Europe’s geopolitical interests in all directions except confrontation with Russia.

In his view, Europe is increasingly moving toward conflict with Russia, while the United States is trying to distance itself from the confrontation, including in case it escalates into a nuclear exchange. He believes that in such a scenario Washington would be able to claim non-involvement, presenting the situation as actions carried out by European countries.

Evich also said that the United States has its own global geopolitical interests, including the Persian Gulf, Venezuela, and South America. At the same time, according to him, Washington is deliberately limiting Europe’s ability to act in other directions, pushing it specifically toward conflict with Russia.

He further pointed to US military capabilities, including naval power, intelligence services, and military bases across Europe, which, in his opinion, provide the means to pursue such a policy.

According to Evich, the ultimate goal is to weaken Europe, deepen its dependence on the United States, and inflict damage on Russia, potentially using its remaining resources in a broader confrontation with China.
