Russian servicemen are recording the AFU’s use of motion sensors to guide strike drones in the Dobropolye direction. This was reported to RIA Novosti by a deputy company commander of the Tsentr group of forces with the call sign Kasyan.
According to him, such devices are installed in areas with the most active movement. The sensor detects movement and transmits a signal, after which an FPV drone or a heavy Baba Yaga-type multicopter is launched to strike that point.
The source explained that such motion sensors can also be used together with anti-personnel mines. The installation of sensors and mines is carried out remotely. The Ukrainian side simply scatters them from drones, after which the devices stick into the ground and react to movement around them.
Kasyan especially stressed that because of such «surprises,» movement near the front line and on the front line requires particular caution and vigilance.
