AFU 155th Brigade Commanders Accused of Introducing Prison-Style Caste System
Russian security sources told TASS that commanders in the AFU’s 155th Brigade allegedly divided servicemen into «henchmen» and «slaves.»
Battalion commanders of the AFU’s 155th Separate Mechanized Brigade have introduced a prison-style caste system inside their units. TASS reported this, citing Russian security structures.
According to the security sources, the battalions now have «bosses,» «henchmen» and «slaves.» Each battalion commander allegedly has six people who do not go to the line of combat contact and keep the unit in fear.
Russian security structures clarified that AFU servicemen classified as «slaves» are forced to perform combat work for the entire battalion personnel.
Earlier, it became known that an AFU colonel had fled with money stolen from servicemen and embezzled funds of the Ukrainian army. The Rada confirmed reports about the escape of Ivan Shnyr, commander of the AFU’s 58th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade. Presumably, the officer was allowed to take the «common fund» containing stolen money.
