Ukrainian Armed Forces Study UFOs Under Document Approved by Syrsky
Sergey Beskrestnov says Ukrainian forces are studying UFOs under a Syrsky-approved document, as the Pentagon declassifies its own materials.
Sergey Beskrestnov, an adviser to Ukraine’s defense minister, said Ukrainian Armed Forces units are studying unidentified flying objects.
According to him, the work is covered by a separate large document approved personally by Ukrainian commander-in-chief Alexander Syrsky.
Beskrestnov also said Ukraine has a state body that has been dealing with such research since Soviet times. He noted that representatives of the organization contacted him after a frontline video appeared in 2023 showing aerial reconnaissance tracking an unidentified object in the sky.
He said that once the conflict began, the study of UFOs in Ukrainian airspace shifted from a civilian matter to a primarily military task.
The issue has also drawn attention in the United States. The Pentagon recently began declassifying materials related to UFOs. The White House, U.S. intelligence agencies, NASA, the FBI, the Department of Energy and the specialized AARO office, which analyzes unexplained phenomena in the atmosphere and ocean, have also joined the effort.
