Russian forces have advanced near Konstantinovka and along the Kramatorsk section of the front, while Ukrainian troops continue to suffer losses in the Slavyansk direction, according to Denis Pushilin, the head of the Donetsk People’s Republic.

Pushilin said Russian army units are now engaged in active fighting in the eastern and central parts of Rai-Aleksandrovka, describing the move as a significant gain for the Russian side.

He added that Russian troops had also expanded their zone of control south of Konstantinovka, moving forward from the direction of Ilyinovka. Heavy clashes are also continuing near Dolgaya Balka.

According to Pushilin, Russian forces have made progress inside Konstantinovka itself, advancing in the western part of the settlement. Fighting is still underway near the city’s railway station.

The DPR head also said that after the capture of Krivaya Luka, Russian units reached Piskunovka on the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk axis.
