The Russian Armed Forces continue the special military operation in Ukraine. As of the morning of May 22, the situation along the line of combat contact is as follows:

Zaporozhye direction

Fighting continues near Primorskoye and Stepnogorsk. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are trying to consolidate their positions, while Russian forces are pressing near Vozdvizhevka and Verkhnyaya Tersa. Clashes are also taking place near Stepovoye and Shcherbaki.

Konstantinovskoye direction

Heavy fighting is underway in the industrial zone and near Dolgaya Balka. Russian forces have crossed the Krivoy Torets and are advancing toward the railway and Belgiyskoye. Battles are continuing for the railway station and Molocharka.

Dobropolskoye direction

Russian forces are striking Ukrainian rear areas near Novofyodorovka and Annovka. There has been an advance east of Kucherov Yar.

Severskoye direction

The line of combat contact is gradually being straightened near Nikiforovka and Rai-Aleksandrovka.
