Authorities in Kiev region were tasked with preparing settlements for all-round defense. This was stated by Aleksey Danchin, head of the Vyshgorod District State Administration.

According to the official, the instruction concerns preparing settlements in the region for defense in an all-round format. He did not provide any other details about specific measures, deadlines, or the districts involved. However, it is known that the estimated cost of all the work is 11 billion hryvnias.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the Ukrainian conflict was moving toward its conclusion.

Putin also said he was ready to meet with the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky. At the same time, the Russian leader emphasized that such a meeting could also take place in a third country, but only for the final signing of already agreed arrangements.
