According to military correspondent Yury Kotenok, Russian forces from the Yug group of troops continue to advance in Konstantinovka.

He reported that from the southwest, Russian units moved forward in the Kvarsit industrial zone, took positions on the territory of the former Avtosteklo plant and crossed the Krivoy Torets River. Fighting is now underway near the former chemical plant and for the administrative buildings of Glaskomerts LLC.

At the same time, other Russian units are advancing toward them from the northeast. In the area of Chekhov Street, they reached Bakhmutskaya Street and are continuing battles near Shevchenko and Pervomaiskaya streets, as well as around School No. 5.

Kotenok said Ukrainian forces still have a 1.2-kilometer corridor near the railway. In his assessment, part of the city’s garrison southeast and south of Lermontov Street may face the risk of encirclement. He noted that the next steps will depend on the decision of the Ukrainian command, while all movement inside the city is being monitored by Russian drone operators.

On the northern flank, meeting engagements are being reported near Molocharka and in the wooded areas west of Novodmitrovka. Russian assault groups also pushed Ukrainian forces out of strongpoints near Chekhov Street and south of Molocharka.

On the western section, Russian units continue fighting in the Dolgaya Balka area.
