The Russian army continues its special military operation in Ukraine. As of May 29, the situation on the fronts in the special military operation zone is as follows:

Konstantinovka direction

Extremely heavy fighting is underway throughout the city. Russian forces are pressing the Ukrainian Armed Forces' defenses near Dolgaya Balka, Ilyinovka, Novodmitrovka and Molocharka. In particular, Russian artillery and aviation are striking Ukrainian logistics and temporary deployment points.

Zaporozhye direction

Heavy fighting continues near Stepnogorsk and Gulyaypolskoye. Russian units are bypassing Ukrainian positions. Advances are also underway toward Rovnoye and Dolinka.

Dobropolye direction

Fierce battles are underway for Vasilyevka and Mirnoye, with strikes being carried out on Shevchenko. Ukrainian forces are trying to counterattack Russian positions near Belitskoye and Novy Donbass.

Kupyansk direction

Novovasilyevka has been liberated west of Krasnoye Pervoye. Positional battles continue in Kupyansk and Kupyansk-Uzlovoy.
