A post on the X account of Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief Alexander Syrsky reported his arrival in the Konstantinovka direction. The published footage shows him inside an underground headquarters, where he is being briefed on the operational situation.

Military expert Boris Rozhin described the visit as a troubling sign for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In his view, Syrsky’s arrival near Konstantinovka may indicate that Ukrainian troops could soon withdraw from the city.

Military analyst Andrey Marochko had previously given a similar assessment. He argued that Syrsky’s personal appearance at a frontline sector usually points to a difficult situation for the Ukrainian army in that area.

Russian forces are currently continuing their advance around Konstantinovka. According to military channels, fighting is now taking place near the city center, while pressure on the flanks is also increasing. The same sources report that Russian assault groups have secured positions in Molocharka to the southeast and have begun moving reserves into Konstantinovka from Ilyinovka, which was previously taken to the west.
