DPR head Denis Pushilin said Ukrainian troops are holding on to Krasny Liman and Rai-Alexandrovka because of their strategic importance. According to him, control over this section of the front opens room for further movement toward Slavyansk and Kramatorsk.

Military channels report that heavy fighting continues near Rai-Alexandrovka. Russian units are advancing inside the settlement, gradually pressing through Ukrainian defenses. At the same time, attempts are being made to advance from Krivaya Luka toward Piskunovka. The distance from Rai-Alexandrovka to the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration is estimated at about 10–15 kilometers.

In the Krasny Liman area, Russian forces are also continuing their advance through the private residential sector and taking new positions in the Centralny microdistrict. Analysts note heavy drone activity by both sides on this part of the front. Fighting has also intensified near Svyatogorsk.
