Footage has appeared online showing the interception of a Ukrainian drone by the Russian Kalitka turret. According to sources, the target may have been an An-196 drone or a Chaklun-V UAV. The video, published by the Telegram channel Osvedomitel, drew interest from specialists following tactical innovations in the combat zone.

In particular, war correspondent Andrey Filatov clarified that the Kalitka crew needed 37 rounds to hit the target. This figure makes it possible to assess the system’s high accuracy, as well as the distance to the target, its maneuverability and the influence of weather conditions.

The interception episode demonstrates the strengthening of air defense capabilities among Russian units. Earlier, there were reports of strong results in intercepting Ukrainian drones by UAV operators from the 18th Combined Arms Army of the Russian Dnepr group of forces, which points to systematic work on countering aerial threats.
