The Russian Defense Ministry said air defense systems destroyed 95 Ukrainian drones during the night of June 7.

According to the ministry, the drones were intercepted and destroyed between 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Moscow time. The aircraft-type UAVs were shot down over the Belgorod, Kaluga, Bryansk, Rostov, Kursk, Novgorod, Tula, Smolensk and Yaroslavl regions, as well as over the Moscow Region, Krasnodar Territory, Crimea and the Black Sea.

Rostov Region Governor Yury Slyusar said the attack on the region had been repelled, with drones destroyed in the Millerovo district.

Earlier, Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhayev reported that one downed Ukrainian drone had crashed into the wall of a five-story residential building. The warhead did not detonate, residents were quickly evacuated and the unexploded part was neutralized.

On June 6, drones also struck the Bryansk Region. A woman and two children aged six and seven were injured in the attack.
