Russian forces are continuing to carry out tasks as part of the special military operation in Ukraine. As of the morning of June 7, the situation on the conflict’s front lines was as follows:

Kharkov direction

Russian forces took control of Shevchenko. Fighting continues for Losevka, while advances have also been reported in the Volchansk sector. Farther east, combat operations remain active around Novovasilievka and Budarki.

Konstantinovka direction

Russian troops reached Lenin Avenue from the eastern side and are increasing pressure on the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ garrison in the central part of the city. Fighting is also expanding along the eastern outskirts.

Zaporozhye direction

After taking Gulyaypolskoye, Russian forces are developing their offensive toward Tavriyskoye and Omelnik. Russian units are also advancing from Verkhnyaya Tersa and Vozdvizhevka.

Dobropolye direction

Heavy meeting engagements continue in this sector. Russian forces are advancing around Grishino, Vasilievka and Novoaleksandrovka, while also clearing a pocket north of Kotlino.

Kupyansk direction

Russian units are consolidating positions in Zaoskolye, on the left bank of Kupyansk.
