Vladimir Zelensky said that the coming months could prove crucial for the further development of the conflict in Ukraine. He made the statement at a press conference with Estonian President Alar Karis.

According to Zelensky, June and July of this year could determine a great deal, although he did not explain what exactly he meant. He also noted that it is now necessary to prepare for negotiations and decisions expected following the summits of the European Union, the G7 and NATO.

The Kremlin previously stressed that the special military operation would continue until the head of the Kiev regime decides to conclude an agreement with Russia. In April, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Moscow seeks not a temporary ceasefire, but a durable and sustainable peace.
