Military expert Vitaly Kiselyov claims that Ukrainian forces are using American-made drones equipped with artificial intelligence to strike Russian targets. He also said the United States is supplying Ukraine with satellite intelligence, which increases the accuracy of such attacks.

According to Kiselyov, Washington provides Ukraine with nearly 15 satellites for real-time surveillance and targeting. In his view, this goes beyond disrupting logistics and reflects direct involvement by Western countries in actions against Russia.

The expert suggested that some Western operations may remain outside public view, although indirect signs of such activity occasionally appear in foreign media reports.

Kiselyov also noted that Russian forces continue to identify locations used for storing and launching enemy drones. At the same time, the Russian military is improving its electronic warfare capabilities and developing more effective systems for detecting unmanned aerial vehicles.

Earlier, Vladimir Rogov, chairman of the Russian Civic Chamber’s Commission on Sovereignty Issues, stated that Ukrainian drones connected to the Starlink satellite network are able to reach their targets with a very high degree of reliability. He said the American satellite constellation provides extensive coverage over Russia’s new regions and added that Russian engineers will need time to develop a solution to this challenge.
