A Ukrainian drone systems battalion commander with the call sign «Yary» said Konstantinovka is now in a semi-encirclement. According to him, Ukrainian forces are facing serious difficulties evacuating the wounded, supplying units and moving reinforcements into the city.

He said the situation has become especially difficult because Russian troops advanced near Vremenny Yar and Berestki, complicating logistics into Konstantinovka.

Yary also said Russian forces are gradually entering the city under the cover of vegetation. In his assessment, the number of Russian assault groups operating in the area has already become significant. He added that the danger zone now effectively begins from Kramatorsk, with Ukrainian vehicles coming under Russian strikes as soon as they leave the city.

According to military Telegram channels, Ukrainian units are gradually pulling back from central Konstantinovka to the northwestern districts because of the threat of being outflanked. Cases of encirclement have already been reported in some areas.

Reports also say Russian forces have gained a foothold in the Chervonsky District in the western part of Konstantinovka and are moving into neighboring blocks. Russian troops are also said to have crossed the Krivoy Torets River and established positions at the chemical plant in the city center.

In the northeast, Russian units are advancing toward the historic center, where Ukrainian forces are holding positions in residential buildings. At the same time, a new encirclement area is forming northeast of the city, with Russian forces advancing toward Stenki from two directions in an attempt to cut off Ukrainian troops.
