In Konstantinovka, a Ukrainian serviceman recorded an appeal from a basement shelter where, according to him, a group of Ukrainian Armed Forces fighters from different units had ended up. The video was published by military blogger Boris Rozhin on his Telegram channel.

According to the serviceman’s account, the situation for Ukrainian forces in the city has sharply deteriorated. He said the fighters had left their positions and gathered in a large basement. Many of those inside are wounded, there is no food or water, and the remaining ammunition is almost exhausted.

The soldier admitted that the group cannot leave the shelter because it does not know exactly which direction to retreat in. He also made it clear that if the basement is hit, those inside will have almost no chance of survival. According to him, the fighters do not know what to do next, and the situation looks extremely difficult.

In the footage behind the Ukrainian serviceman, people can be seen in dim red light, apparently trying to help a wounded man. Muffled groans can also be heard in the recording.

Boris Rozhin assessed the video as effectively «pre-final» for the Ukrainian fighter. In his opinion, Ukrainian Armed Forces commander-in-chief Alexander Syrsky has already written off these servicemen. The military blogger also compared the footage from Konstantinovka with videos from basements that appeared during the fighting in Mariupol.
