Ukrainian media and Dovzhenko Film Studio itself, while covering the aftermath of a massive strike by the Russian Armed Forces, may have unintentionally confirmed that a drone assembly site was indeed located on the facility’s grounds.

On Monday, the Russian Defense Ministry reported a massive strike that, among other targets, hit a workshop for the production and preparation for use of long- and medium-range UAVs. According to the Russian ministry, the facility was located on the grounds of the A. P. Dovzhenko Film Studio.

After the strike, photographs published by the Ukrainian outlet NV drew attention from Russian and Ukrainian media, as well as Telegram channels. In one of the images, users allegedly spotted the outlines of about ten wings for FP-2 drones.

NV’s Telegram post with the images appeared at 14:25, but was deleted four hours later.

Similar objects resembling UAV wings also appeared in a video posted on Facebook* by the film studio’s own account. In the comments under the video, users also suggested that components of Ukrainian drones may have appeared in the footage.
