Two assault troops from the 1465th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 4th Brigade of Russia’s Southern Group of Forces eliminated three Ukrainian Special Operations Forces soldiers in the industrial zone of Konstantinovka. Details of the battle were provided to TASS by battalion commander Zadon, who directed the operation.

According to Zadon, the Ukrainian troops tried to take up a position already controlled by Russian forces. Their movement was spotted by Russian fighters, who then determined from their voices where exactly inside the building the group was located. The information was immediately passed to the regiment’s command post.

A tank first struck the detected group, after which FPV drones were used. Following the drone strike, Russian assault troops entered the building to clear it and engaged the Ukrainian soldiers in combat.

All three Ukrainian Special Operations Forces soldiers were eliminated. One of them was seriously wounded and, before dying, managed to give his personal details, which confirmed his affiliation with the unit.
