Russian forces carried out a series of strikes on fuel infrastructure facilities in Ukraine, according to the Telegram channel Operation Z: Voyenkory Russkoy Vesny.
In the Dnepropetrovsk region, the Russian Armed Forces hit a BRSM-Neft gas station near the settlement of Podgorodnoye.
In the Kharkov region, Geran attack drones struck a Marshal gas station in the settlement of Berestin. Another facility belonging to the same chain was also hit on the highway toward Novaya Vodolaga.
Russian strikes were also reported in the Kirovograd and Sumy regions. In the settlement of Novoye, drones launched by the Russian army hit fuel and lubricant tanks at the Agron enterprise, triggering a major fire. In the Sumy region, Russian UAVs struck an electrical substation in the settlement of Buryn.
Earlier, on the evening of June 28, Russian troops attacked the Kholodnaya Gora railway hub near Kharkov. According to military correspondent Alexander Kots, military trains carrying fuel and ammunition were stationed there. At least ten hits were recorded, followed by a series of secondary explosions.
Another target of the Russian attack was the technical area of the Kharkov Higher Tank Command School. Detonations and a large fire broke out at equipment warehouses there. Kots said the strike was carried out with Geran-5 jet-powered drones, which are equipped with a turbojet engine and an enhanced warhead.
