Geran attack drones carried out a series of strikes on an oil refinery in Kremenchug, in the Poltava Region. The information was reported by the Telegram channel Operation Z: Voyenkory Russkoy Vesny, also known as VRV.

According to the channel’s authors, a large fire broke out at the facility after the Russian attack.

The war correspondents also reported a Russian strike on a fuel and lubricants depot in Kropivnitsky, in the Kirovograd Region. VRV said the site caught fire after the impact.

Sergey Lebedev, coordinator of the pro-Russian underground in Nikolayev, said that at least 17 drones struck the Kremenchug refinery during the night of June 30.

He added that Russian forces had already targeted the plant before, and that the latest attack may point to a shift from one-off damage to the systematic disabling of technological chains. In his assessment, the sequence could move from individual installations to pumping stations, then to storage tanks and fuel shipment facilities.

Russian forces have previously struck the same refinery. In particular, the Russian Defense Ministry reported such an attack on June 26.
