Russian troops have liberated the settlement of Alexandrovka in Dnepropetrovsk Region. This was reported by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

According to the ministry, the operation was carried out by units of the Vostok group of forces. The Russian Ministry of Defense stated that during the liberation of Alexandrovka, Russian servicemen seized a Ukrainian army defensive area covering more than five square kilometers and destroyed up to a company of Ukrainian servicemen.

Earlier, the Russian army took control of the settlement of Piskunovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR). According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, this task was carried out by units of the Southern group of forces.
