Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed officials to carefully examine the degree of involvement of all sides that he described as instigators of hostilities in the Ukrainian conflict zone. This was reported by presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov.

According to the Kremlin representative, Vladimir Putin said during his speech that it was necessary to conduct a detailed analysis of the role of each side involved in instigating the continuation and escalation of hostilities in Ukraine. Peskov stressed that such an analysis was needed for the subsequent adoption of responsible decisions.

In addition, during a meeting on the SMO, the president addressed Kiev’s statements about allegedly achieved successes. Putin called them an information and propaganda operation and said that the Ukrainian authorities were promoting the thesis of imaginary achievements.
