On the night of October 5th, Russian forces launched one of the largest attacks since the beginning of the special military operation, targeting enemy positions in Lviv, located in western Ukraine. The attack involved both strike drones and missiles, with at least 25 explosions reported in the region.

Ukrainian authorities confirmed that part of Lviv was left without power following the overnight strikes. Local residents were advised to stay indoors and close their windows due to the fires caused by the explosions.

According to sources, Russian forces hit the Sparrow Park Lviv logistics center in the Lviv region. This hub was used by Ukrainian forces for the storage and transportation of military supplies from Europe to the combat zones. The logistics center is located near Lviv’s international airport, approximately 170 kilometers from the Polish city of Rzeszów, which serves as a key distribution point for Western military aid.
