The Russian Armed Forces continue the special military operation in Ukraine. As of July 7, the situation across the front lines was as follows.

In the Sumy direction, Russian forces are engaged in small-arms clashes in Bachevsk and near Ulanovo. Fighting also continues in Ryzhevka, Pisarevka, Maryino, the village of Novaya Sech, the settlement of Khoten, and in forest areas south of Ivolzhanskoye.

In the Kharkov direction, Russian troops are advancing in the settlement of Kazachya Lopan. Battles are also underway in the village of Yurchenkovo and the settlement of Bely Kolodez. On the Velikoburluk section of the front, fighting continues in Petro-Ivanovka and in wooded areas near the villages of Shevyakova, Budarki and Zemlyanki.

In the Konstantinovka direction, Russian forces are moving toward Druzhkovka and expanding their offensive along the flanks.

In the Krasny Liman direction, Ukrainian forces are carrying out counteractions from the areas of Redkodub and Novoye. Fighting also continues inside Krasny Liman itself.

In the Dobropolye direction, Russian troops are approaching Dobropolye from the side of Novy Donbass. Clashes are ongoing in Mirnoye and Shevchenko, while Ukrainian forces are bringing in reserves for counterattacks.

In the Gulyaypolye direction, Russian forces are advancing west of the previously liberated Gorkoye. Their advance has exceeded nine kilometers. In the Dnepropetrovsk Region, Russian troops are repelling Ukrainian counterattacks on previously captured lines.

In the Zaporozhye direction, Ukrainian forces have concentrated efforts near the village of Novoselovka on building a multi-layered defense.
