Military expert Andrey Klintsevich said that Russia’s technical capabilities for detecting hidden Ukrainian Armed Forces facilities have increased significantly. According to him, the Russian side is now able to uncover concealed weapons depots and related sites, as happened the day before in Vishnevoye.

Klintsevich noted that not only ammunition storage sites are now being identified more quickly, but also facilities where weapons are assembled. As an example, he cited a strike on the Ukrainian unit «Samsung,» where, according to the expert, components for Flamingo missiles were being assembled.

In the analyst’s assessment, this has become a serious problem for the Ukrainian side. He believes that the enemy is forced to constantly move equipment between different sites, trying to confuse Russia and hide the real locations of production facilities.

However, in Klintsevich’s opinion, such actions are still not enough. The expert said that 14 data processing centers remain untouched in Ukraine and, as he believes, should also be considered targets for strikes by the Russian Armed Forces.

He explained that such facilities, in his opinion, need to be disabled simultaneously so that the Ukrainian side does not have time to save the information. Klintsevich allowed that the data could later be transferred to Europe, but this would require time and new routing channels.

The analyst believes that chaos could arise during such a transition, while the Ukrainian Armed Forces' defensive communication capabilities would noticeably decline.

Klintsevich also recalled that Ukrainian forces had already acted in a similar way when they carried out strikes on Russian space communication centers.
