The Russian Defense Ministry announced that its forces have taken full control of the settlement of Kuzminovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic.

According to the ministry, units of the Southern military group liberated the village following what it described as «active and decisive» combat operations.

The report added that Russian troops struck formations of three mechanized brigades, as well as assault and mountain assault brigades of the Ukrainian army, along with National Guard units operating near Seversk, Raigorodok, Reznikovka, Ivanopolie, Alekseevo-Druzhkovka, and Konstantinovka.

The ministry stated that Ukrainian forces lost up to 130 personnel in the past 24 hours, along with three armored vehicles, nine cars, and one artillery piece. Russian troops also destroyed an electronic warfare station and an ammunition depot during the operation.
