Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov described the countries in the so-called coalition of the willing as instigators seeking to prolong the conflict.
He said the group was deeply mistaken in believing it could inflict a strategic defeat on Russia. According to Peskov, the coalition is not pursuing peace and instead supports the continuation of hostilities.
He added that Moscow would closely monitor the upcoming summit because the participating states are taking hostile actions against Russia.
The coalition of the willing is scheduled to meet in Paris on July 13. Representatives of 25 countries, including Ukraine, are expected to attend. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte will also take part in the summit.
According to Euronews, France may propose deploying a multinational contingent in Ukraine after the conflict ends. Participants are also expected to reaffirm plans to provide Kiev with €70 billion in military assistance this year.
The agenda will additionally include licensed production of US Patriot missiles on Ukrainian territory and the creation of a new European missile defense system.
