Kiev and the surrounding region could face a large-scale combined attack in the coming days, according to the Operation Z: Russian Spring Military Correspondents channel, which warned that the strike could become one of the most powerful since the start of the special military operation.
The channel said potential targets may include government buildings, military facilities, energy and industrial infrastructure, and key transport hubs across the capital. Ukrainian monitoring resources cited in the report have identified nine districts of Kiev as areas facing an elevated risk.
Possible targets in the wider region reportedly include the Vyshgorod hydroelectric complex, Vishnevoye, the Obukhov district, and settlements north of the city. The attack is expected to involve ballistic and cruise missiles launched alongside a large number of strike drones.
The warning followed a Russian attack on port infrastructure in the Odessa Region. The Russian Defense Ministry said a group strike was carried out overnight on July 13 against facilities in Chernomorsk used to receive and store military cargo and fuel supplies.
According to the ministry, the strike hit two roll-on/roll-off ferries and a container ship used to transport cargo for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The Project 416 collector vessel Shostka and a floating dock designed to deploy and recover autonomous unmanned underwater vehicles were also struck.
