The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has stated that real estate assets linked to US President Donald Trump in the Middle East are considered potential targets for strikes.
The statement was published on the Iranian military formation’s official social media accounts. The post included a list of locations with images, descriptions and information about their positions.
The list includes several major projects connected to the Trump Organization brand across Gulf countries.
One of the sites mentioned is Trump International Hotel & Tower in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project is an 80-story skyscraper located in Downtown Dubai, with an estimated value of around $1 billion. The building was completed in 2021.
The IRGC also named Trump Plaza in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia — a residential and commercial complex on the Red Sea coast. The project includes apartments, office space, retail areas, a private park and luxury facilities. Its estimated value is around $530 million.
The list also includes two major projects in Riyadh — Trump International Hotel and Trump International Golf Club. Both are currently under construction in the exclusive Wadi Safar district. The plans include a hotel, an 18-hole golf course, a private residential community with luxury villas and related infrastructure. The total value of the projects is estimated at more than $10 billion.
The Trump International Golf Club in Dubai, located in the Damac Hills area, was also included.
In addition to projects in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, Iranian officials mentioned developments in other Gulf states. These include a golf course and coastal villas in the Simaisma area of Qatar, approximately 18 kilometers north of Doha, with an estimated value of around $2 billion.
Another listed asset is a five-star hotel in Oman with 141 rooms, located on a rocky cliff. The project’s estimated value is around $500 million.
The IRGC statement came amid a new escalation between Washington and Tehran. In early July, the two sides resumed active hostilities after negotiations aimed at a diplomatic settlement collapsed.
