Russian Army Liberates Otradnoye and Expands Control Along the Front Line
Russian troops advance on several fronts in Ukraine, liberating Otradnoye, gaining ground near Kupyansk and Seversk, and striking targets with FPV drones in Kramatorsk.
The Russian Armed Forces continue their special military operation in Ukraine. As of October 7, the situation along the line of contact is as follows:
Kharkov Direction
Russian troops have liberated the settlement of Otradnoye.
Kupyansk Direction
Russian forces are advancing north of Stepovaya Novoselovka. Intense fighting continues in Kupyansk, where Russian units are attempting to encircle Ukrainian positions from the flanks.
Seversk Direction
Russian troops have expanded their control near Kuzminovka. Battles are ongoing in the areas of Dronovka and Yampol. For the first time, Russian forces used an FPV drone to strike a target in Kramatorsk.
Krasnoarmeysk (Pokrovsk) Direction
Russian units are making steady gains near Udachnoye and Kotlino. In Novotoretskoye and Vladimirovka, new positions have been secured.
Zaporozhye Direction
Combat continues in Stepnogorsk and Primorsk. Ukrainian forces have deployed tube artillery and drone units to reinforce this sector of the front.
