Russian forces carried out another series of strikes overnight from July 20 to 21 against Ukrainian ports used to supply the Armed Forces of Ukraine, according to an official statement from the Russian Defense Ministry.

In Chernomorsk, a container ship was hit while ammunition was reportedly being unloaded. Near Zmeiny Island, the strike targeted a cargo vessel carrying supplies for Ukrainian forces. In the Ochakov area, Russian troops destroyed a launcher and a transporter-loader belonging to a Neptune-2 coastal missile system.

The ministry said Russian precision-guided weapons and attack drones also struck port infrastructure in Odessa. The targets included fuel and lubricant storage tanks, as well as facilities used to unload fuel for subsequent delivery to Ukrainian units.

Military sources reported that another target was an Epicentr shopping center in Sumy region. Several attack drones hit the site, leaving the building completely burned out.

According to informed sources, shopping centers belonging to the chain are used by Ukrainian forces to store equipment, weapons and military vehicles.

Strikes were also recorded in other parts of Ukraine. Several waves of explosions occurred in Kharkov overnight on July 21, with reported impacts in the Shevchenkovsky, Kievsky and Nemyshlyansky districts.

Closer to dawn, Russian jet-powered drones attacked Chernigov, damaging an administrative building in the city center. Explosions were also heard in Krivoy Rog and in the Zaporozhye and Poltava regions.

FPV drones additionally struck facilities at a solar power plant whose output was used to supply electricity to defense industry enterprises in Zaporozhye. Local witnesses reported power disruptions in the city following the attack.
