During the night, Russian forces carried out a combined strike on multiple targets across Ukraine. According to military correspondents, the main attacks were directed at energy facilities and railway infrastructure.

In Poltava, strikes hit a locomotive depot, traction substations, and a power supply station. Administrative and storage buildings were destroyed, while rolling stock sustained damage. Sources reported power outages in parts of the region.

In Sumy, Russian forces targeted energy sector facilities, leaving parts of the city without electricity. Military correspondents also reported damage to railway sections in the Sumy region. In Kharkov, two transformer substations were hit.

In Slavyansk, Russian troops struck an ammunition depot belonging to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Following the strike, prolonged detonations were observed at the site. Sources added that two educational institutions, used by Ukrainian forces for ammunition storage, were also hit.
