The Russian Armed Forces are continuing their special military operation in Ukraine. As of July 23, the situation across the main sectors of the front was reported as follows.

Sumy Sector

Small-arms fighting is underway in Ulanovo and on the approaches to Malaya Slobodka. Infantry clashes also continue in Ryzhevka, Pisarevka, Mogritsa, Maryino, Novaya Sech, Khoten and the forests south of Ivolzhansky.

Russian forces repelled a Ukrainian counterattack near Mogritsa and blocked attempts by enemy assault groups to advance around Kondratovka, Pisarevka and Novaya Sech.

Kharkov Sector

Russian troops drove Ukrainian forces out of the village of Artelnoye. Ukrainian reserves are reportedly being reinforced in Kupyansk, while fighting continues near Bely Kolodez.

Krasny Liman Sector

Russian units are advancing along the Cherenshchina-Druzhelyubovka line. They are also pushing forward in southern Dibrova, west of Ozernoye and between Krivaya Luka and Kaleniki toward Nikolayevka.

Konstantinovka Sector

Fighting continues in Chasov Yar. Russian forces have entered the center of Nikolayevka.

Dobropolye Sector

Clashes remain ongoing near Belitskoye and in Shevchenko. Russian troops have also made gains around Gulevo.

Gulyaypole Sector

Fighting is taking place near Ternovatoye, while Russian forces continue their advance farther north along the front. The Russian army has taken control of Blagodatnoye, and battles are underway near Poddubnoye.

Zaporozhye Sector

Combat continues around Plavni. Russian forces are advancing eastward toward Novoandreyevka and expanding the territory under their control near Malye Shcherbaki.
