Russian air defenses intercepted and destroyed 571 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones overnight on July 24.

According to the Russian Defense Ministry, the UAVs were downed over the Belgorod, Bryansk, Vladimir, Kaluga, Kursk, Leningrad, Novgorod, Oryol, Pskov, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tver and Tula regions, the Moscow region, the Krasnodar Territory and Crimea, as well as over the Azov and Black seas.

Another 172 Ukrainian fixed-wing drones were destroyed between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Moscow time the previous day. The aircraft were intercepted over the Belgorod, Bryansk, Vladimir, Kursk, Lipetsk, Oryol, Ryazan and Tula regions, the Moscow region, Crimea, Bashkortostan and the Krasnodar Territory, along with the Azov and Black seas.

In St. Petersburg, the attack struck civilian infrastructure on Moskovskoye Shosse. Governor Alexander Beglov said emergency services were dealing with the damage, while an operational headquarters under his command was coordinating the work of the agencies involved.

Air defense units destroyed 59 drones over the Leningrad Region. A fire broke out at Wildberries warehouses in the village of Novosaratovka, leaving three people injured, according to regional Governor Alexander Drozdenko.

Wildberries temporarily suspended operations at its logistics centers in Shushary and Utkinoy Zavodi. The company also evacuated employees from its sorting center in Simferopol during the night.

Damage was also reported in the settlement of Sinyavino in the Kirovsky District. A drone strike caused part of a warehouse at the Severnaya poultry farm to collapse. No injuries were reported.

A business in the city of Kirov came under missile attack in the morning. Kirov Region Governor Alexander Sokolov reported casualties and said those affected were receiving assistance.

In the Tver Region, a drone attack sparked a fire in the administrative building of a logistics center in the settlement of Elevator. Acting Governor Vitaly Korolev said the blaze had been fully extinguished. No one was injured.
