Russian air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 328 drones launched by Ukrainian forces between 8 p.m. on July 24 and 8 a.m. on July 25, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The ministry reported that unmanned aircraft were shot down over the Belgorod, Bryansk, Volgograd, Voronezh, Kirov, Kursk, Lipetsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Oryol, Rostov, Ryazan, Samara, Saratov, Tula and Ulyanovsk regions.

Drones were also destroyed over the Moscow region, Krasnodar territory, Crimea, Chuvashia, Mari El, Bashkortostan, Kalmykia and the Sea of Azov.

Rostov Region Governor Yuri Slyusar said the area had come under a large-scale overnight attack. According to him, air defense units destroyed numerous drones and several missiles across the region. Five men were injured.

Belgorod and the surrounding Belgorod district were also subjected to a mass drone attack. Acting regional governor Alexander Shuvaev reported several casualties, while a number of buildings in the Belgorod region sustained damage.
